NOTE: If you are a new applicant (defined as an organization that did not receive a grant in 2010), please see the guidelines for Opportunity Grants under Types of Grants. Contact the RAC staff 314-863-5811 for more information.
Operating Support I and II applicants will apply for a two-year grant for funding from June 1, 2011 - May 31, 2013.
Operating Support I – Cash Revenues of $1,500,000 and Up
Operating Support II – Cash Revenues between $250,000 and $1,499,999
- The first grant deadline (December 8, 2010) for Operating Support I and II applicants to receive advance staff review of their applications is OPTIONAL. The application is submitted online only. The final application deadline is Thursday, January 20, 2011.
Program Support I and II applicants that applied in January 2010 will not submit updated applications until June 30, 2011. The application and instructions will be available in April 2011.
Program Support I – Arts and non-arts organizations with grant request of $5,000 or less
Program Support II – Arts organizations requesting more than $5,000
- Note that a two-year funding cycle was started in January 2010 for Program Support I and II applicants. The deadline for submitting online application updates for the second year of this two- year grant period will be June 30, 2011. More detailed information will be provided at a later date.
Program Support III organizations may now apply for a two-year grant!

Program Support III – Non-arts organizations requesting more than $5,000
- A two-year funding cycle for Program Support III organizations will be implemented starting in January 2011. (See instructions on eGrant application.)
- The first grant deadline (January 11, 2011) for Program Support III applicants to receive advance staff review of the application is OPTIONAL unless organizations have been funded for less than two years.
Applications submitted at the first deadline will be reviewed as usual by RAC staff, but it is not necessary to submit an application at the first deadline if you have received funding for two years or more. Applications submitted at the final deadline (March 8, 2011), will be sent directly on to the panelists for review.
