St. Louis Wind Symphony is a non-profit, all-volunteer concert band dedicated to the quality performance of serious literature for wind groups of all sizes. It is comprised largely of current and former music educators who believe that the importance of music is demonstrated not only by passing the knowledge of it onto others, but also by active participation in its creation. The group is committed to enriching the community by providing educational opportunities for area students. It is the premier wind band of the St. Louis Metro area. Audition is required prior to registration.
