CAT Institute Nomination Form

The first session of the 2011/2012 Community Arts Training (CAT) Institute begins November 2011. Nominations for this Institute will be accepted through August 1, 2011. Nominees will be sent an application in August that must return it to be considered for selection. Nominations received after August 2011 can only be considered for the 2012/2013 Institute. Candidates for the CAT Institute must be living or working in the greater St. Louis area.
